Delivery

We make all deliveries ourselves in order that we can assemble any items that require assembly and to ensure that you receive your furniture in its best condition and that you are entirely happy with it.

Once your order is ready, we will call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Deliveries can be made at any time, weekday or weekend.

Delivery charges for large furniture:

Within 20 mile radius: Free of Charge
21-60 miles: £30
61-100 miles: £50
Over 100 miles: Please call to discuss on 07530 397231

Delivery price for headboards £25 (these we are able to deliver by courier)

A signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery. As we deliver all furniture ourselves, if an order cannot be delivered due to the absence of anyone to receive it, you will be charged the full delivery charge for the failed delivery occasion and also for the subsequent successful delivery.

When ordering, we would be grateful if you could check the space available for the item you have ordered and whether there is sufficient access to the desired location when it is delivered (e.g. narrow doorways/stairs). If an item ordered cannot be delivered for any of these reasons, the delivery charge will remain payable.

For most items, assistance will be required to unload and carry the item to its desired position. Please let us know if this is not possible.

Most items will be fully assembled on delivery. Others will be assembled by us in situ, when delivered at no extra cost.
