Ordering

Orders are usually completed within 4-6 weeks. However, it may be possible to offer a shorter lead time if required. Please give us a call, we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.

On completion we will e-mail you pictures of your piece of furniture and if you are happy with it  we will send you drop you an invoice any outstanding balance. As soon as your payment has been recieved, we will phone to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase on delivery, we will be happy to refund the cost of the furniture. The delivery person must be informed before departing if this is the case. Unfortunately as each piece of furniture is hand-made to order we are unable to refund the purchase cost after the furniture has been delivered. 

Canceling an order

If you decide to cancel your order, we ask that you do so in writing (by email or post) stating your order number.  A full refund of any part of the invoice already paid will be made unless its very late in the ordering process and personalisation of your piece has taken place, in which case you may be billed for any costs incurred to date.
